From June 15 to 19, the eighth edition of the Advanced Course: Data Analysis Using R will take place.

This course will consist of introductory-level lectures and practical exercises on command-line-based data analysis using R and RStudio. The thousands of available libraries allow users to perform a wide range of analyses on their data and cite the exact methodology used.

Applicants should have a background in Biology or related fields and be researchers or students. The course has a total duration of 40 hours and is composed of 10 blocks. A certificate of participation will be awarded to those who attend more than 9 blocks. A graded certificate (6 ECTS) will be awarded to those who attend more than 9 blocks and complete an individual assignment.

PhD students from the Doctoral Programme in Biology may attend free of charge. All applicants must submit a motivation letter.
