
The training will take place at the Station Biologique de Roscoff (Sorbonne Université & CNRS), in Roscoff, France, with arrival on 6 June and departure on 13 June. A total of 20 places are available, including spots reserved for researchers from EuroMarine member institutions.
The MicroSEA (Microbial Sea Eukaryotes) Summer School 2026 is a one-week intensive programme aimed at early-career researchers, focusing on the diversity, ecology, and single-cell biology of marine protists.
The course combines lectures, field sampling, and laboratory work using advanced techniques, including flow cytometry, microscopy, culturing, and molecular analysis.
