CESAM presents, from July 10th to the end of April 2027, the exhibition “From the Atmosphere to the Deep Sea: Science Caring for the Future,” inaugurated during the celebrations of the Fábrica’s 22nd anniversary.

From the Atmosphere to the Deep Sea: Science Caring for the Future” invites you to embark on a journey through the ecosystems that sustain life on our planet and to discover how science helps protect them. Through four thematic panels—Forests and Soils, Rivers and Estuaries, Climate Change and Pollution, and Ocean and Deep Sea—explore the main environmental challenges of today and learn about the solutions developed by CESAM through innovative research projects. For 25 years, CESAM has produced excellent research at the University of Aveiro, with an impact on ecosystem conservation, sustainable management of natural resources, and support for decision-making for a more sustainable future.

This exhibition is an integral part of CESAM’s 25th-anniversary celebrations.
