CESAM is organising a series of information sessions on funding alternatives to the FCT’s R&D projects. For now, two sessions are scheduled:

– European Partnerships (funded by Horizon Europe): 16 June;

– Horizon Europe Clusters (as a partner): 23 June.

Each session will explain what the funding entails, together with a brief review of the application form and evaluation criteria. The RSO – Research Support Office – will also be present to supplement the information provided by CESAM and to clarify aspects relating to internal procedures. At the end, CESAM researchers who have previously applied for alternative funding will share their experiences. Throughout the presentations, tips will be provided on how to improve your proposals.

Both sessions will take place online from 2 pm to 4 pm, and registration is mandatory by the working day prior to the session (form here). This event is exclusively for CESAM members (full members or collaborators), and researchers may register for more than one session.
