The Scientific Grand Prize of the Simone and Cino Del Duca Foundation is awarded on an annual basis to a French or European scientist and their team for an ambitious research project addressing a specified theme. For 2026, the research topic is: ‘Chemistry of and for the Environment’. The Prize will reward a team that has achieved major advances in using the tools and concepts of chemistry to design innovative and sustainable solutions that help preserve the planet while meeting essential human needs.
