The Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) administers the Branco Weiss Fellowship to support exceptional postdoctoral researchers, based anywhere in the world, seeking to conduct original, innovative research in the natural, engineering, medical and social sciences that are outside of the scope of mainstream research fields and engages with social, cultural, political, or economic questions and issues. The fellowship offers up to CHF 600 000 over five years and the project can be carried out at any academic host institution worldwide.
