The annual DECHEMA Prize is presented annually by the DECHEMA Association for Chemical Technology and Biotechnology, a German membership organisation dedicated to promoting technological and scientific exchange. The award recognises outstanding research achievements in the area of technical chemistry, process engineering, biotechnology and chemical equipment studies. Winners receive a prize sum of €20,000.
