This call aims to support initiatives that contribute to strengthening bilateral relations between Portugal, Norway and Iceland, by promoting joint projects with bilateral value, concrete results and potential for future cooperation on issues such as hybrid threats, cybersecurity, maritime security, critical infrastructure and European defence cooperation. The available funding per project ranges between €10,000 and €50,000.
