Fundo Ambiental has launched a specific call for proposals to promote the ecological restoration of seagrass beds in Portugal. This call for proposals, with a budget of 2 million euros, has as its main objectives the generation of technical and scientific knowledge, the restoration of areas of greatest ecological importance, the inclusion of seagrass beds in the National Emissions Inventory, and a contribution to the National Nature Restoration Plan.
