The scientific and technological cooperation agreement between Portugal and Germany includes a programme to promote cooperation between researchers, including young researchers, in higher education establishments and related research institutions of both countries. One of the objectives is to encourage researcher exchanges by supporting their mobility within the scope of international projects.
