The Portuguese Society of Ecology (SPECO), with the support of the Luso-American Development Foundation (FLAD), has opened the call for the Charles Buchanan Scientific Research Initiation Projects. This funding aims to support an original project in Ecology led by an ecologist with the PhD degree for less than three years, contributing to the advancement of Ecology and the development of his/her career as an independent researcher. SPECO will fund the selected project with €2,000.
