The EIC Pathfinder programme, as part of Horizon Europe, supports early-stage development of high-risk/high-gain technologies that can lead to scientific breakthroughs, aiming to make a real difference in our lives. It provides support for the earliest stages of scientific, technological or deep-tech research and development. Grants of up to €5 million are available per project (32 projects expected to be funded) to enable them to achieve the proof of principle and validate the scientific basis of breakthrough technology (TRL 1-4).
