Between 24 November and 5 December, CESAM promoted an internal team-building initiative aimed at its staff and all integrated members, in the form of a collection campaign for essential goods, including non-perishable food items, clothing, and toys.
The initiative sought to strengthen cooperation and mutual support among members of the Centre, while also contributing to the support of a social solidarity institution during a particularly meaningful time of the year.
The beneficiary institution was Casa Vera Cruz, an organization that carries out social support work for people in vulnerable situations, providing responses in the areas of inclusion, shelter, and social support, with a strong focus on dignity, autonomy, and community integration.
The campaign took place at CESAM’s premises and relied on the voluntary participation of the entire community. The donated goods were delivered to the institution after the conclusion of the initiative.
This type of initiative reflects CESAM’s culture, guided by practices of collaboration, social responsibility, and collective commitment, which are embedded in its institutional identity.
