The ALGAELICIOUS project aims to optimize the nutritional profile as well as the techno-functional and sensory properties of Chlorella microalgae through the development of novel ingredients and food prototypes that support the sustainable integration of microalgae into human nutrition. To achieve this, the project integrates scientific research with industrial-scale production to contribute to the integration of microalgae into everyday food applications.
