The PREMIUMALGAE project aims to valorize microalgae biomass through the development of sustainable biorefinery processes and the reuse and recycling of supernatants to obtain innovative bioactive and functional ingredients with high added value. These ingredients can be applied efficiently and sustainably across various sectors, including the nutraceutical, cosmetic, and aquaculture industries.
