The Women in Blue Economy Forum, hosted on the Blue Bio Match platform, is an initiative promoted by the WIN-BIG project.
WIN-BIG project is mapping and addressing gender imbalance and capacity gaps within the EU Blue Economy sectors and aims to support women in joining and progressing within the Blue Economy, with the goal of making a more gender-balanced and sustainable Blue Economy.
The Women in Blue Economy Online Forum is a tool designed to connect and bring together a diverse community of stakeholders, including startups, SMEs, professionals, researchers, policymakers, and funders to help women boost their careers and profiles in the wider EU Blue Economy Community. By connecting these groups, the forum aims to create a collaborative space to exchange ideas and share information to advance sustainability and equality in the blue sector.
