Public notices must be sent out at least 5 working days before the opening date. The minimum opening period for a tender is 10 working days

Calls for Researchers
To request the opening of a call por Researchers, an email to cesam@ua.pt must be sent with the following three documents:
Both in pdf and with certified digital signature.
Adapted to the specific situation and clean from comments, remarks or shadings.
Calls for TAG
Procedure: Fill out the opening request and the reason for fixed-term contracts (directly on the form), save it in .pdf format, sign and send it along with the notice proposal to cesam@ua.pt
Vehicles
Procedure: Fill out the vehicle request form or the personal vehicle authorization request (directly on the form), save it in .pdf format, and send it to cesam-viaturas@ua.pt
Procedure: Fill out the vehicle request form or the rented vehicle authorization request (directly on the form), save it in .pdf format, and send it to cesam-viaturas@ua.pt
NEREIDE vessel
To request the use of the vessel and any additional equipment, please contact, cesam@ua.pt.
Laboratories
To request access to the laboratory facilities of CESAM, the training supervisor should contact cesam-laboratorios@ua.pt and provide the following information:
- Name and Universal User (UU) for whom access is requested
- Desired access (floor 3 of building 3 and/or building 37)
- Access expiration date
- Justification for the request (explaining, in the case of a need for access to the 3rd floor of building 3, which laboratories you intend to access).
