CESAM (Center for Environmental and Marine Studies) is a Research Unit of the University of Aveiro. It has been an Associated Laboratory since 2005, conducting research in the biosphere, atmosphere, hydrosphere, lithosphere, and anthroposphere within the fields of natural and social sciences, as well as interdisciplinary research.
