The inauguration session of the EduCITY application will take place on April 19th, at 6:30 pm, at the ATLAS Building, Praça da República (next to the José Estevão statue).

The EduCITY app is now available on Google Play and the App Store and is part of an intelligent learning system in the city that also includes a web platform for creating games and educational content to promote sustainable development skills.

The inauguration will be attended by distinguished figures, such as the President of the CMA, Engº Ribau Esteves, the Vice-Rector of the UA, Professor Doctor Artur Silva, the coordinator of the CIDTFF, Professor Helena Araújo e Sá, and the consultants from EduCITY, Doctor Martin Llamas Nistal, from the University of Vigo, and Doctor Olga Mayoral, from the University of Valencia.

The event will begin with a musical interlude by Davys Moreno on the violin. During the ceremony, members of the EduCITY team will share their contributions to the development of the project, providing a global vision of the educational value of the app and platform. The public will have the opportunity to experience, first-hand, the application and its augmented reality content. At the end, the inauguration of the app is celebrated with a coffee break that includes an original Flamingo EduCITY cake.
