The University of Aveiro will host the OMALI workshop, taking place from 16 to 18 June 2025. This event will explore the diverse applications of marine lipids in nutrition, with a particular focus on both human and animal nutrition. The scientific programme promises to be outstanding, covering a wide range of topics related to marine lipidomics, from analytical techniques to technological applications.
