FCT announced the 3rd edition of the RESTART Programme, designed to support researchers resuming their scientific careers after parental leave. The programme aims to facilitate a competitive return to research activities by providing financial support for the development of original and innovative research ideas. By addressing the career challenges associated with parenthood, particularly for early-career researchers, RESTART promotes gender equality and equal opportunities within the national research landscape.
