The organizers of the conference OceanObs’29 are inviting ocean representatives to serve on the Programme Committee. They welcome applications from various ocean-knowledge backgrounds, including oceanographic scientists, data and modelling specialists, marine engineers, ocean processes and health experts, economists, policy, industry, and indigenous leaders, to guide global ocean observing advancements through this effort. Contributions will help shape the conference’s agenda, structure, and outcomes, making a meaningful impact on the next decade of global ocean observing.
