The 2023 call for the ‘EuroMarine Foresight Workshop’ is now open. The deadline for applications is June 30. 

For the 2023 call, EuroMarine will fund Foresight Workshops (FSW) (‘horizon scanning’) up to a maximum of €7,500. 

These workshops should focus on emerging and important topics that require coordination at European level. They generally aim to establish a scientific vision or roadmap on the scale of a decade and can notably (but not exclusively) be used to prepare future larger EuroMarine projects and/or proposals. 

FWS can also focus on review exercises relevant to EuroMarine (e.g. science-governance interface and scenario building).
