The Fulbright Inter-Country Travel Grant Programme allows Portuguese higher education institutions to receive American Professors who are in Europe on a Fulbright grant to teach (seminars, conferences, workshops) or collaborate on other projects for short periods (up to a maximum of 5 days).

Portuguese higher education institutions interested in participating in this programme should consult the list of Fulbright grantees in Europe during the current academic year here.
