The ITOPF I&D award provides financial support for a short-term project or a doctoral project with the potential to lead to improvements related to spills, such as preparation, monitoring, response, environmental effects, and impact mitigation. A total of up to £60,000 will be available for short-term projects (1-2 years), and a total of up to £40,000 for doctoral projects, along with a scholarship and tuition fees.
