Under a Cooperation Agreement, FCT and Campus France are launching a call for funding to support international researcher mobility projects between Portugal and France. The projects will have a maximum duration of 24 months and the annual FCT funding per project is 2 500 €.

Deadline: 21 June 2024

Applications must be drawn up jointly by the researchers responsible in both countries and submitted to the organisations implementing the agreement. Thus, the Portuguese team must submit their application to FCT and the foreign team to the organisation in France. The project must include at least one young researcher on the team (aged 40 or under on the closing date of the call). 

Eligible expenses include expenses directly related to the mobility of researchers, namely:

a. Transport (at the cheapest rate);

b. Accommodation;

c. Food;

d. Expenses related to travel documents and health expenses, which are considered mandatory for the mobility in question, at any given time, and which the Proposing Institution deems eligible.
