Objectives: To diagnose the climate change signal in the occurrence of temperature and precipitation extreme episodes over the Iberian Peninsula (IP) and (ii) to identify the physical forcing mechanisms involved, using high-resolution model simulations performed with state-of-the-art Regional Climate Models (ENSEMBLES Project).
