The MSCA Staff Exchanges (MSCA-SE) actions offer researchers and innovators short-term international and inter-sectoral staff exchanges through sustainable, collaborative projects in Europe and beyond (from PhD candidates to postdoctoral researchers and administrative/technical staff). These actions promote the transfer of knowledge and skills while increasing the organisation’s research and innovation capabilities.
