“MSCA Diverse Research Careers to tackle Global Challenges” Online Session

This event, organized by the MSCA Presidency Conference, the European Commission and the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU, will take place on 14 and 15 November in the Technological Campus of the Fábrica de Armas, University of Castilla-la-Mancha (Toledo, Spain). The event will focus on how the MSCA promotes diverse research careers to tackle global challenges. The event will be structured around the following concepts:

  • The contribution of science to policymaking, identifying initiatives at regional/national level to support interfaces between science and policy, as well as evidence-based decision-making;
  • The role of MSCA as a programme with a global dimension that impacts at local, regional and national level, facilitating the definition of policies and initiatives aimed at facing global challenges;
  • The need to design the best policies based on diversity and integration;
  • The advances of the ERA Policy Agenda in the field of diversification of the research career and intersectoral mobility, which includes public administration, and its links to the MSCA programme.
