The efficient use of water is the foundation for the competitiveness and sustainability of the agricultural sector, requiring a long-term impactful strategy. Therefore, the White Paper on Public Irrigation aims to gather future measures to reduce the sector’s vulnerability to drought and climate change.

In cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Minister for Science, Technology, and Higher Education, Elvira Fortunato, requests the collaboration of experts whose scientific activity focuses on Water and associated topics. These experts are invited to provide academic-scientific viewpoints on the strategic needs in public irrigation for the horizon of 2030.
