The Harry Otten Foundation biennially awards the Harry Otten Prize for Innovation in Meteorology to recognise an innovative, practical and feasible idea in the field of meteorology that will benefit society. This prize is intended for ideas that still have to be developed or are in an early stage of development. The value of this award is substantial, with a maximum of €25,000 available to the winner.
