The European project Pathways2Resilience (P2R) funds transformative climate adaptation projects across European regions and communities. The project aims to enhance regional resilience to climate change through systems innovation and capacity building. It has launched its second open call to select 61 European regions and communities to receive financial support of up to 210000 €, along with a capacity-building programme on the P2R frameworks for a total of 18 months of support.
