Summary:
Inaugurated by the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, in 2017, ECOMARE is a Laboratory for Innovation and Sustainability of Marine Biological Resources at the University of Aveiro. It is a unique structure at the national level—a research center dedicated to marine sciences and, simultaneously, a center for the research and rehabilitation of marine animals. The documentary was produced for RTP as part of the content consultation with audiovisual production companies.
